e5w Retail Floor Plan

Our retail space is filling up quickly, but we can still accommodate a retailer, or office client, looking for 1,000 sf, to 2,500 sf. With large windows facing E. 5th, we have made it easy for customers to window shop and to be drawn into your space.

The coffee shop and restaurant in the building naturally draw a lot of traffic to e5w, in addition to the foot traffic that the East Village enjoys on a daily basis. The Historic East Village supports the retailers in the village, hosting many events over the course of the year intended to drive foot traffic, including the Holiday Promenade, Biker Nights, the World Food Festival, farmers markets, and others.
