ST Howard Development specializes in creating loft living and work spaces.  Each project will typically have a mix of speculative living or work spaces in which we finish the space and make it ready for immediate occupancy.   We work with our architects and designers to provide an appealing, loft style experience for our customers.

We recognize that some clients want the ability to select their own space and finishes.  We can contract with our architect to design your space, or you can choose your architect and interior designers.  If a client wants full autonomy, we will also provide a vacant space that we call a “warm shell”, and allow them to take ownership of the space and create their own improvements.
